Our fees fall within the industry standard for counseling services in this area. We do not accept any third party payments (insurance); however, we do provide receipts to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You must pay for your session prior to being seen. If you are paying through PayPal, your payment must be received at least two days before your session or you will not be seen.
We also work on a sliding scale or fee-for-service basis for those people who cannot afford our standard fees. We do not accept insurance so all fees are due and payable by the patient at the time of their visit. If you need financial assistance, please complete the Financial Application form in the Patient Registration Package.
Dr. Westrope will also do fee-for-service work on a contractual basis for mental health agencies doing intake or case management. Please contact us for more information on these services.
All concierge (Skype, on-site and phone) sessions are paid in advance via PayPal. All payments in our office are made at the time of your visit.

If you need to make a payment amount other than the choices given, please use a combination of payment amounts or update your quantity at checkout.
For example, if you are paying $200, choose the $100 payment option and update your quantity to 2 during checkout. If you are paying $130, please choose the $100 amount and add the $30 amount. The total will be $130 at checkout. We would greatly appreciate you not making two separate payments.
